My business is in a very unique area in the Panhandle of Florida, where the community consists of locals and seasonally with tourists. With this understanding of seasonality, it can be a challenge, and has been the first year in business, but with experience comes knowledge. The plan is the appropriate marketing to be set in place each season. The tourist season begins in May- August. I missed the mark not implementing a very unique form of marketing, the Barge Boat "jumbo-tron TV screen" (Splash Boards) in time. I started the expensive promotional tool in August and saw a direct return that day! I also hires 5 Eleven marketing firm to take us to the next level as far as social media marketing. I'm a woman owned business. I know my customers by name and what their food and drink favorites are. I work 7 days a week, 10-14 hours a day. I do so to be present and meet and greet all guests. I work side by side with front and back of the house. I play all rolls: hostess, server, busser, dish pit, manager, training, hiring, scheduling, menu design, payroll, finances, marketing, customer relations, catering. I believe in myself, hard work and this restaurant that provides the best fresh food. I know it doesn't happen overnight and I'm not a quitter. The customer reviews speak highly of what my concept is and how my great staff expedites the menu, provides friendly and competent service. I'm a hard working woman, from a large family that hard work was instilled in me. I want to continue and succeed.

Mo's BBQ. 98 BBQ We are seen as the upscale but casual bbq joint, mainly because we don't have picnic tables in the room. We showcase a beautiful antique bar...many customers have referenced us to CHERRS! we also provide servers to take your order at the table, unlike MO's. We are a scratch kitchen, make 99% of menu in house, including our sweet tea, the other has it provided by a service.
