Funding Usage
Because PAJCO Technologies is already in the concrete industry with our other equipment, that's where our focus has been for the future. With the help of a team of talented and bright engineers, we have designed a piece of equipment that is specifically engineered towards paving concrete recreational trails. We have spent large sums of money on the design and engineering, and now need the capitol required to get our machine built and into production. The concept has been proven. Smaller, simpler machines have been built in the past by contractors, simply out of necessity, with never and intentions of refining and producing the machine. PAJCO Technologies has simply taken the proven concept, refined it, engineered it, put it on paper, and is ready to start production.

Business Plan
Our goal for the next 5 years is to simply continue building equipment that makes the job easier for the end user, and selling it. We currently have 3 full time employees and a couple part time employees, our goal is to be able to sustainably grow our company to 20-30 employees over the next 5 years. Positions to be filled would be engineers, project managers, sales professionals, welders and laborers; all good paying positions. We are uniquely set up for success with a building and property that is already owned by one of the partners in the business, which decreases overhead, with room on the property to grow. The new piece of equipment we are seeking funds to produce will benefit all of us. Recreational trails are exploding around us. Iowa alone has hundreds if not thousands of miles of trails already in existence, with plans for hundreds of miles more. Most of these trail projects are government funded. By providing a means of producing a concrete trail with far less labor, drives the cost down for us as citizens who fund the government. The amount of time construction crews are on site will be drastically reduced, higher quality trails will be produced as compared to asphalt which has a much shorter life span and extremely high maintenance costs. The need in the market is there and has been proven. The profitability with this piece of equipment is there. Investing in this project is simply an investment in your neighborhood, and your country.

Self Identified Competition
While there are some definite competitors in the slip form paving market, none of these large manufacturers have ever come out with a machine specific for the task we have designed and engineered our piece of equipment to do. Some of them do have pieces of equipment that WILL accomplish what our machine will do, but their machines are much larger and far more expensive than necessary for the task at hand. The largest competitor would would be Gomaco in Ida Grove Iowa. Wirtgen Group which is a large international company headquartered in Germany, and Miller Formless from McHenry, Illinois would be two other manufacturers of slipform pavers. PAJCO Technologies is not a massive corporation that is turning billions of dollars selling multi million dollar pieces of equipment all over the world. We are a small company, family owned, looking to build a business in a small community that will create good paying jobs, and provide a piece of equipment that is going to benefit other small businesses, and communities across America. We are uniquely situated centrally in the United States, in an area with low overhead and set up for success.
