  • Business Plan

    My five year plan is the first year to build a customer base for contracts for long term relationships through cold calling and using the relationships I already have built and to be competitive enough to have customers want to switch to vanir Logistics LLC from there own brokers. My second year will be focused on hiring and training a staff who can help with continued growth and gaining new contracts with new customers, hiring staff for cold calls, receptionist, logistics, and advertising so by my third year we should be able to afford a good spot for some commercial real estate and set up an actual headquarters for vanir as up until everyone will be working from home. My fourth year will be spent trying to create branches of vanir in other states as many as possible my plan is to out grow the top brokers we have now and take over as the biggest brokerage. My fifth year will be spent working to tweak and fine tune my operations to be as productive and well greased as we can become. There's no real good reason to invest, in all reality its a chance to invest in any new or growing business. If I had to say why to invest in me it's because I know alot already about running a small business as I'm still running my small trucking business, and I know what it will take to make vanirlogistics successful and I'm very driven to make vanir grow and become as big as I have planned in my 5 year business plan.

    Total quality logistics Coyote logistics Sureway transportation I've created a business model that caters to the trucking companies and the customers that need there freight moved. Most if not all the brokers I've dealt with so far seem to cater to the customers leaving the trucking companies either harrased with phone calls or being left out of sustomer support situations. I will deal with only the best quality customers and best carriers with a no bs policy, unlike other brokers who accept quality over quality.
