Central CA CPR Training | Application Preview
Central CA CPR Training is applying for government grants to support its relocation to a larger office that can accommodate bigger classes. The funding will be used to purchase new training equipment, including manikins, DVDs, and books, in line with updated AHA guidelines. The organization requires DVDs in both English and Spanish for each course, as well as a new computer to manage student information efficiently.
The business plan outlines a vision for growth over the next five years, aiming to secure more contracts with various facilities. This expansion is expected to enable the business to become self-sustaining.
The application argues for funding approval based on the critical need for CPR certification across various professions. Given that nearly everyone requires CPR certification and must renew it every two years, the program anticipates a consistent influx of returning students.
Regarding competition, Central CA CPR Training faces rivals such as American Ambulance, Alert Medical, and Action CPR Training. The organization highlights its competitive advantage through its experienced instructors, who have over 18 years in emergency medical services and 17 years of teaching CPR. Additionally, they offer flexible scheduling and mobile classes to better serve students' needs.
