No Limits Martial Arts Champions, LLC No Limits Martial Arts Champions, LLC | Government Grant Application

No Limits Martial Arts Champions, LLC | Application Preview

No Limits Martial Arts Champions, LLC is seeking government grants to fund six months of rent, purchase mats for their facility, and launch merchandise sales, including branded gear and apparel.

Their business plan focuses on enhancing their presence through branding, marketing, and community outreach. A standout aspect of their program is a 14-year-old student aiming for the 2028 Olympics, who is among the top five in the nation. The organization aims to draw the community to their facility by promoting their expertise in martial arts, life skills, and self-defense.

The application underscores the owner's successful track record in driving sales, expanding territories, and developing new accounts within the martial arts industry. Their adaptability is a key strength.

In terms of competition, No Limits faces challenges from popular sports like baseball, soccer, and swimming. Baseball, often seen as America's pastime, remains attractive to children for its active nature. Soccer is perceived by many parents as a way to channel their children's energy, while swimming provides safety and fitness benefits.

No Limits differentiates itself by offering an individual sport in a team environment, emphasizing goal-setting and life skills both on and off the mat. Unlike traditional sports, Taekwondo fosters self-discipline and leadership. Students are encouraged to take action, exemplifying lessons that extend beyond martial arts. This focus on personal growth positions No Limits as a compelling alternative in a competitive landscape.

  • Business Plan

maximizing our business by branding/marketing/and community outreach. One of our students is on the path to participate in the 2028 Olympics, he is 14 years old and recognized as the top 5 in the United States. We are using our professional knowledge and resources to attract the community to our facility. We are using our brand, life skills, and self-defense as our top source of attraction. Working under other martial arts owners I have been recognized for contributions to record-setting sales figures, territory expansion and new account development. Proven ability to lead sales teams to achieve massive revenue gains. I know how to adapt.

  • Self Identified Competition

Baseball, soccer, swimming. Baseball has been Americas sport for many years, children want to throw a ball and swing a bat and run base to base. Soccer is a parent's idea of "Energy exertion" Swimming can provide safety, and create endurance. We are a individual sport in a team like setting. We teach students how to set and reach goals, on and off of the mat. Taekwondo never ends. The baseball player will not swing a bat in public, but the taekwondo student may show self-defense if in a situation of disadvantage. The soccer player will not kick a ball at the restaurant. But the Taekwondo student will be trained in self-control and showing self-discipline. The swimming student will most likely race another child in the pool. The Taekwondo student will lead by example and help the other child improve their time. We are about life-skills. We are leaders, we take action while others are still thinking about it.
