  • Business Plan

Over the course of the next five years I would first like to build capital in the company. As we expand, I will be hiring more workers, buying more trucks, thus making it possible to do multiple jobs at once. I am a hard worker who excels at everything I do. I do what it takes to get the job done, even against all odds. I am an outside the box thinker who is solution oriented. I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the telecom industry over the past four years. I have advanced from being a laborer, to a lead, to a foreman, to a superintendent, to a construction manager, all in just four years. Many others in my industry have taken more than ten years to advance through the ranks. Many of my superiors and co-workers are astounded at how quickly and efficiently I have picked up the nuances of telecom and they frequently call me to ask how to resolve issues when confronted with conflict because I am always able to come up with a solution.

  • Self Identified Competition

Castellon Communications, Noi Zarco Communications, Cresttel Communications are three of my biggest competitors who are also doing business in the same area as I am and are also sub-contractors doing the same scope of work. I have worked closely with these companies and respect them as my competition. I am an outside the box thinker, and very solution oriented. I am an intelligent, sales-driven achiever, who is hard-working, compelled by the need to accomplish the goals that are set out before me, dependable and ambitious. I have always excelled at any tasks that I have been asked to perform, and I'm a people person who gets along with nearly everyone. I treat the owners of the company with the same respect that I do the green hand laborers, because at the end of the day we all have something to contribute, and we all add value to the job and we are all people. I understand what it means to work with varied demographics, I have worked with ex cons, and industry professionals and I respect and value what each has to offer. People have always asked what drives me to be such a hard worker and the reality is that I appreciate every second of the life I live. I was raised by an alcoholic mother (who is thankfully now clean and sober and runs a recovery center for women), which led us to being homeless majority of my youth. I have always had fortitude and fought for every scrap of food and made sure to have a roof over my head now as an adult. I'm a survivor, and I appreciate every opportunity that I've been given that has allowed me to prove myself and work my way up from the bottom of every industry. At age 29 I've worked my way up quickly in the telecom industry and I'm ready to use my drive towards owning a successful company. Overcoming challenges and adversity is built into my DNA, and it's that drive that has allowed me to get where I am today. My work speaks volumes, if I could show you with just one cell site build, I would, because you would see my level of professionalism, my hard work, ethics, drive, determination, etc. I constantly hear praises from all of my coworkers and superiors. In fact the company that I currently work for is going to be sub-contracting work out to me. I have trained up green hand laborers that other foremen said were unteachable and was able to get them promoted to leads and foreman positions in under a year. I understand that everyone has a different learning style and skill sets and I have been able to articulate and simplify the information in a way that is easy to understand and I always coach, inspire, and encourage my team to do the same. In this every growing and changing industry cell companies need to keep up with consumer demands, upgrades are always inevitable and I have prided myself in becoming knowledgeable in policies and procedures regarding new equipment, software changes, and vast ongoing standard changes within the telecom industry.
