    I currently have area scouts (staff) in four states. I would like to hire, train, and continuously develop area scouts (staff) in all fifty states. I will run a career ad on a few different platforms to do so. I will target surrounding states first, branch out through the region after, and then hire west until we reach the west coast. Our website contains a lot of functionality, but its pieced together through many different platforms and apps. I would like to have a customized website developed all underneath one platform to help with our automation and take less time on me and my current staff. I would like to gain a larger social media presence. Our low budget has prevented us from really being able to reach a larger audience due to competition of usage of the marketing platforms like Facebook and Instagram. I would like to scale the business by bringing on other roles than area scout such as which would be my management team so I can delegate responsibilites. Over the years I have worked for and seen many places trying to help student athletes achieve their goals of earning a scholarship and playing football at the collegiate level. While these places aim to help as many student athletes as they can, in as many sports as they can, with the priority of earning as much money as possible, we have limited the number of student athletes we help out to 400 across the entire country and only aid in the game of football. This allows us to really focus on each recruit individually and tailor out resolutions specific to their needs. It has really created a niche in the industry. We are bringing our highest levels of traffic to the site. 301 new visitors to our site yesterday. At 131 in the past seven days, we have more inbound recruits filling out our questionnaire to be a part of our process in the past 30 days than ever. We had 301 unique visitors to our site yesterday alone. Our site sessions over the past 30 days (3,820) are up 45% compared to the last 30 days. 2,237 of those sessions were unique visitors during that time which is up 25% over that same span. Our site sessions are lasting at an 8% higher rate. In looking at a larger sample size of the past 365 days, the numbers are 31,101 site sessions up 25% from the year before. 19,059 of which are unique visitors up 15% from the year before. Our packages sold are up 30% in the last year. Our Google review rating is at a 4.6 out of 5 stars. We are only growing and I need more revenue to aid in this growth. I want everything possible for the student athletes and their families that we work with.

    1. Next College Student Athlete is the biggest as they have no requirements to be a part of their program, work with thousands of student athletes in every sport, and are focused on money - not the recruit. 2. National Prospect ID is a spin off of Next College Student Athlete. The president and founder of the company both worked for Next College Student Athlete and decided to build the same thing and make even more money for themselves. 3. Go Big Recruiting charges a little less but everything is handled by the student athlete in the end instead of providing the service and doing it for them. Over the years I have worked for and seen many places trying to help student athletes achieve their goals of earning a scholarship and playing football at the collegiate level. While these places aim to help as many student athletes as they can, in as many sports as they can, with the priority of earning as much money as possible, we have limited the number of student athletes we help out to 400 across the entire country and only aid in the game of football. This allows us to really focus on each recruit individually and tailor out resolutions specific to their needs. It allows us to build the relationships with our youth athletes across the country and help them achieve their dreams. We offer twice as much help as any place I have seen and we charge half the cost. We do not want to prevent the student athlete who may need a scholarship to be able to achieve a higher level of education. We have helped numerous athletes out and welcomed them in to our platform and done everything the same for no cost at all with the intentions of truly making a difference. If my son wanted to play football in college, this is exactly what I would do for him - bring him on to G.E.M. Class Recruiting. G stands for Guidance. E stands for Education. M stands for Mentorship. We have helped two hundred and twenty student athletes to date. One hundred and thirty have yet to graduate. Out of the other ninety that have graduated, every single student athletes was offered a scholarship to study and play football at the next level.
