Business Plan
I plan to grow my business through marketing to and focusing on women's overall fitness, health and wellness. I will provide a safe place and build a community for women to come together and support one another, while also giving back to the community through fundraising and volunteer events. I will also be mentoring other women trainers and showing them how to build and grow their own businesses. Investors should invest in me because I am changing lives, and showing women how to live healthier and have a better quality of life. This is especially important right now and in our community to be able to show the younger generation how important it is to take care of your well being. Also with my mentoring program I can help create more women entrepreneurs.

Self Identified Competition
I think my top 3 competitors would be commercial gyms, other private gyms and possibly other trainers in the area. My facility will be different from commercial gyms because it is privately owned and operated. It will also be different from other private gyms because of the overall atmosphere and environment I will provide, as well as my team of trainers.
