JPA Claims Adjusting 92-0966855 | Government Grant Application

JPA Claims Adjusting | Application Preview

JPA Claims Adjusting is seeking government grants to fund essential equipment purchases and cover driving expenses within a 250-mile radius. Over the next five years, the company aims to expand into a small independent insurance firm by hiring and training 3-5 adjusters from a respected veterans' training program known for producing top professionals in the field.

The application argues for funding approval based on the applicant's experience managing large budgets in the military, emphasizing a strong understanding of financial management and decision-making. This background supports the claim that funds will be used wisely to enhance the organization.

In terms of competition, JPA faces established companies like Pilot, State Farm, and Progressive. However, its competitive advantage lies in its commitment to assist smaller firms and the ability to collaborate with multiple insurance providers simultaneously, unlike larger competitors who are restricted to their own companies.

All funds will go to the purchases of necessary equipment listed on the previous page. Also I will have a 250 mile radius, so a portion of that money will go to driving expenses to and from my locations.

  • Business Plan

In the next 5 years I plan to grow my business into a small Independent Insurance firm with approximately 3-5 more adjusters who have been trained at the Veterans Adjusting Schooling. This program produces some of the best adjusters out in the force to date. I think investors to take a chance with me because I understand the value of money and making smart decisions to better any organization. I have handled budgets in the military of over 1.2 million dollars in medical equipment and I know how to make the right choices when it comes to spending money and using that money to make more.

  • Self Identified Competition

Pilot State Farm Progressive Im a small business who does not have a problem helping out the smallest of the smallest firms. I have the ability to work with multiple insurance firms, at the same time whereas the companies listed above are working strictly for their one company.
