Blue Falcon Technologies LLC 850700079 | Government Grant Application

Blue Falcon Technologies LLC | Application Preview

Blue Falcon Technologies LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its marketing efforts and expand operations. The funding will be allocated for various marketing strategies, including advertisements on billboards and social media, as well as promotional materials like flyers and business cards. Additionally, the company intends to invest in a small fleet of vehicles for transporting equipment to job sites and to secure a storage facility for operations.

The business plan includes hiring more contractors and aggressively pursuing contracts, particularly aiming for the New York City Department of Education in the coming years to provide installation services for educational technology products such as Promethean Panels and SMART Boards. The company currently operates in the Tri-State Area and plans to broaden its advertising footprint into surrounding states.

The application emphasizes the owner’s passion for the industry, backed by twelve years of experience, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The owner aims to differentiate Blue Falcon Technologies from competitors by prioritizing top-notch customer service and effective communication, aspects that have been lacking in some rival companies. Competitors include established firms like Teq Equipment and Black Hawk Tech, and the owner’s previous employer, Tech Data.

In summary, the funding will enable Blue Falcon Technologies to grow its fleet, enhance marketing efforts, and ultimately secure important contracts while fostering a customer-focused company culture.

  • Funding Usage

I have added my business on Yelp, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn for marketing. I have created a website as well but there are more marketing opportunities so I will need additional funds for them (billboards, yellow pages, super pages, flyers, business cards, etc.). I also need a small fleet of vehicles to transport hardware and tools to the job sites. I will need a storage facility.

  • Business Plan

I plan to purchase more vehicles and hire more contractors. I am advertising on social media and word of mouth. I am going to bid on the New York City Department of Education contract in a few years. It is my goal to take over the contract which will mean I will need a fleet of vehicles and a large storage facility. I work in the Tri State Area and I will start advertising in the other two states as well. I love my career field, I have been told numerous times I am good at what I do and that I should start my own company. After working in the business for twelve years I finally decided to take the leap. Right now I am a new company but my vision is to bid on the New York City Department of Education contract to service and install Promethean Panels, Projectors as well as compete for the services for SMART Board installations. While we specialize in the audio, video and Educational Technology field. We also install TV’s, Projectors, Home Theaters, Surveillance Cameras, Conference Cameras and Interactive Panels such as SMART boards and Promethean Boards. We work in residential and commercial buildings all around the Tri State Area.

  • Self Identified Competition

One of my competitors who installs the same educational product in schools is called Teq Equipment. They have been around for over ten years. They mostly install SMART boards and panels. My other competitor is a company called Black Hawk Tech. They also install SMART boards and projectors in the schools. The last company who is my competitor is my old company I used to work for called Tech Data. They install mostly Promethean ActivPanels in school. But they also install other hardware/technology in schools. My company is being build on top notch customer service and craftsmanship. Being a contractor and working in this field for years, I have seen how the lines can get blurred on getting a job done a certain way while not paying close attention to the customer’s needs. Communication is vital, and I consider it at the top of my list on how I want to run this company. Communication, Integrity, Professionalism, Craftsmanship all go hand in hand starting with me at the top and I will continue to pass it on. I have seen some of the competitors and how they carry themselves on work sites. Let’s just say my company is a notch or two higher in all of those categories. I pride myself in that, learning from my father who was in the military.
