Wealth Lodge Properties | Application Preview
Wealth Lodge Properties is seeking government grants to enhance its operations and better serve the community. The funding will be used to secure a rental space for client visits, perform minor renovations, and invest in modern computer and CRM systems. Additionally, the grant will support the purchase of essential office supplies and facilitate the acquisition of investment properties to fulfill the company’s mission of transforming lives through real estate.
The business plan emphasizes community service, particularly focusing on helping the youth and homeless individuals. Wealth Lodge Properties aims to grow by giving back, providing education, and demonstrating a commitment to its mission through active involvement. The plan includes word-of-mouth advertising as a pivotal growth strategy, mirroring the grassroots methods used in social movements.
Reasoning for approving the funding includes the personal connection of the owner, a dedicated real estate agent and parent, committed to building generational wealth and helping families achieve homeownership. The goal is to create low-income, affordable housing that removes families from violence and poverty, ultimately giving their children a better future. A long-term vision includes offering free housing for a year to homeless tenants, promoting their reintegration into society.
The competition consists of established real estate agents and firms, but Wealth Lodge Properties sets itself apart with a strong commitment to people rather than profits. The owner emphasizes the importance of genuine care and passion over financial gain, believing that helping clients achieve their long-term goals will result in a more meaningful and impactful business. This dedication to advocacy for clients is a key differentiator that Wealth Lodge Properties highlights in its grant application.

Business Plan
I plan to grow by business through service. Servicing the communities around me, servicing the youth, the homeless. I plan to grow my business by giving back, educating my fellow sisters and brothers and teaching them how to change their lives and reality. I plan to grow my business my advertising my mission, my goal and showing people through my action that I am serious and I am here. I will also grow my business by word of mouth just as people have spread the gospel of Jesus. I am a real estate agent with a 4-year-old son. I have invested my life and time to building generational wealth and spreading knowledge to my son. My mission and goal is to change lives through real estate. I want to help one family at a time achieve a goal they thought was impossible -HOMEOWNERSHIP. I want to build low -income affordable housing that allows family to live in a community away from violence. I want to be able to take families out of poverty and show their children and grandchildren that there is a different way to live. I want to make a difference in other's life that will last a lifetime. One day in my life I would be at a point where I can build units and offer free housing for 1 year to all homeless tenants to give the opportunity to rejoin society. Everyone deserves a safe place to rest.

Self Identified Competition
I am competing with every real estate agent, broker company, real estate developer and investor. It's the line of work I am in. I am just getting started but I am here for the long haul. These individuals have been in the business longer than me, they have more knowledge than me, but their heart is only on the money, their passion is not there. They look at people as dollar signs and I am looking at people as people who has a need and I have a service that will enhance their way of living. I care. I have passion. I am not in this business for monetary gain. I am in this business to legitimately help others and by helping them I am helping myself and teaching my son that giving is worth the reward that we will reap at the end of the harvest. You can not put a price on something that is genuine and real. I have worked with real estate companies/ agents where they only care about their commission check at the end of everything,. They would sell their clients homes they know they can not afford just to get the commission off a $350000 check. I am here for my clients and what's best for them long term. I am their biggest advocate and that is what sets me apart. My heart is in this. I believe I am making a difference.
