    Besides offering exceptional customer service and quality work, I plan on reaching out to my local community by sponsoring local events, especially youth sports, and other community programs. I will use free sources such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to get my company name out there and show examples of completed jobs and satisfied customers. My current plan is to have 100 customers by the end of the calendar year of 2023, who are paying for the subscription service. Depending on what services they have agreed to, this will net me over $120,000 in income for the first year. I will then use the proceeds to increase advertisement and look to hire on labor to allow for more customers. I have a love of lawn and yard maintenance. I take pride in how clean and healthy my properties have always looked and will give that same amount of effort to my customers. I am dedicated to hard work and am a perfectionist. I do not mind working 15 to 16 hours a day and due to my military background I am used to it. I will not quit until the job is done to the standard that the customer is happy with.

Although I do not have 10 plus years of experience in the business of lawn maintenance in the Willamette Valley, I do have over 30 years of experience working my own properties as well as family and friends. Most of the large competitors that I have are located and operate in Salem, Oregon. My operation will include Salem, but it will also include the entire Willamette Valley, and the rural areas towards the coast that I live in such as Willamina, McMinnville, Dallas and Rickreal. The larger outfits in Salem do not waste their time working in these rural areas as it would take too long to travel and reduces their time for more completed lawns throughout the day. I have an advantage in the fact that these rural customers are my neighbors and I can easily access them without long travel times, which gives me more time to work more customers as well as reduction in price due to travel. I will also include prices on my website. In my research I have found that most, if not all, of these companies have customers fill out a form and send an email for a free quote then expect them to wait for a reply. We in this business all know what the price of most of these services are going to be and the difference is only 10 to 15 percent at most. Not worth someone's time to fill out a form and email it and then wait for a reply. With my service, if they like what they see, they will agree to my service immediately and not have to waste time with a reply from me. I believe that the time saved will make me more attractive to potential clients.
