Our goal is to first focus on existing customer, ensuring service needs are met sustainably and consistently before future expansion. As previously stated, it only took two weeks for Java Care to acquire a large regional service provider contract as first customer. The demand for qualified coffee service providers is strong, especially in the hospitality industry that Colorado has no shortage of. The retail coffee/beverage sector is recession proof, becoming a staple in the everyday lives of many people. Java Care aims to capitalize on this necessity.

The top three competitors in the area include True Brew, Liquiserve, and Espresso West. The reason Java Care exists stems from my experience as a former employee of one of the mentioned competitors. On many occasions, the customer was not treated fairly regarding pricing, service integrity, and professionalism of other service personnel, leaving the customer less than satisfied. A gap had been created between the customer, and an honest service provider that puts the customer first. Java Care bridges that gap, settling for no less than excellence.
