Bargain ATV's | Application Preview
Bargain ATV's is applying for government grants to support business growth by building a dedicated facility for assembly, warehousing, and sales. The funds will also help pay off initial business and inventory costs, including the purchase of 60 ATVs to sell.
The business plan aims for expansion over the next five years through establishing a physical location that supports increased demand while keeping operational costs low. By maintaining low overhead, Bargain ATV's intends to offer competitive pricing, maximize shipping efficiency with full truckload deliveries, and boost advertising efforts to attract customers from wider regions. Inventory management will be crucial to ensure product availability aligns with marketing efforts.
Bargain ATV's seeks funding approval by emphasizing a strong commitment to sustainability, family values, and exceptional customer service. The owner plans to pass the business down to future generations, fostering a trust-based relationship with customers. The joy experienced by families purchasing ATVs is a motivating factor for the owner, who believes in promoting outdoor activities for children.
In the competitive landscape, most rivals operate larger brick-and-mortar establishments with higher overhead costs. However, Bargain ATV's differentiates itself by offering a personal, family-oriented shopping experience, competitive pricing, prompt communication, and a focus on customer trust. The presence of the owner’s children at the business reinforces the family aspect, enhancing customer connections. Overall, the approach centers on providing an enjoyable purchasing experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction and affordability.

Funding Usage
I would use the funds to build a building for the business in order to assemble, warehouse, and sell the units out of. This would allow me to grow the business in the way that I know that I can. I would also pay off the original cost of the purchase of the business. I would pay off the initial expense of inventory. I purchased 60 units to have on hand to sell.

Business Plan
My plan on growing my business in the next five years is to get a building put up to maintain and run the business as it grows bigger and the demand improves. I will continue to keep my overhead low so that I am able to keep my prices under my competitors. Also I want to be able to ship full truck loads of ATV's so that I can get as many units shipped for what I am paying my trucking cost. In order to do this I have to increase sales and profit. I will also increase my advertising and social media budget so that I can reach more markets and draw customers in from further away. With a full showroom of units for customers to select from I firmly believe that my business will grow fairly rapidly. Marketing is a big part but you have to make sure you can deliver the product that you are marketing so inventory is also key. So in closing I without a doubt have a plan to grow this business to the the point where I can someday pass it down to my children and hopefully they can to their children. Investor should invest in me because I have the small business vision that will keep my business sustainable for many years to come. I believe in family and building something that you are passionate about that you can share with your family. I plan to pass this business down to my children and hopefully them to their children. I believe in treating the customers with kindness, honesty and respect. When people buy an ATV from me they expect to be able to trust me, and I make sure that they can. I stand behind the products I sell and do whatever it takes to make the purchase a fun and memorable one for the parents and the kids. The smiles and pictures I get after selling a youth ATV is why I decided to get into this business. I believe too many kids spend too much time indoors nowadays and If I can be part of the reason they are outdoors and enjoying themselves then I believe that's what its all about. I grew up riding dirt bikes and ATV's and I want to be able to provide that not only for my kids but for all kids that want the opportunity to get out and ride.

Self Identified Competition
All of my competitors have brick and mortar buildings. One is in Millard, they sell similar ATV's as I do. They have a lot of employees and overhead. Another competitor is in Lincoln and they also are a huge company with lots of overhead. I have 2 more competitors in Elkhorn and Omaha that sell the same stuff I do. They again are big companies with many employees and overhead. They may have more buying power than I do but I can sell at competitive prices because of my low overhead. My competitors are lacking that family feeling, that trust that I build with my customers that make them become repeat customers. I stay small so that I don't have all of the overhead that they have therefor I can charge less for my product and give the customer a better deal. Without all the overhead of several employees and a lease payment on a brick and mortar building I am able to keep my cost down and pass that saving on to my customers. My customers can always get a hold o f me with any questions that they may have as well. The huge difference that sets me apart from my competitors is the family feeling that we have when the customers come to look at the ATV's. My 2 kids Reed 10, Roarke 4, are usually running around so the customer can see how much of a family business this is. Both my children ride their ATV's and Jeep. The trust factor is another huge difference they will experience. When a customer drives away with one of our units they will totally feel confident in that ATV and know that we stand behind our products. Accessibility is another difference. Our customers can call, text, email us at any time and we will get back with them in a timely manner where as some of the larger dealers can take days or weeks to get back with a customer. Affordability is another big reason that our customers contact us. Like I have said we keep our prices affordable so there is a price point for all of our customers. We go above and beyond to make the buying experience fun for the parents and the children that come and purchase these ATV's. It should not feel like your being taken advantage of when buying an ATV for your children, it should be all smiles and laughter.
