An individual such as myself, it is difficult to compete with large scale companies like Amazon, Ebay,Walmart. I do not feel they are my competitor. I am no where near that level, Yet. I honestly feel like my Biggest competitor is ME. Always competing to outdo myself from yesterday. The freelance marketers out there, do not realize the potential of looking for trends in the economy, figuring out what people need before they need it. by paying attention to everything like social cues, to what the music industry is doing. so many variables play into this, and most freelance marketers have tunnel vision, only promoting thing that THEY like.
