Business Plan
In the next 5 years I tend to offer more to my customers by growing my return customer rate to 50-60% while reaching a larger customer base. Customer service goes a long way and making our customers our top priority will get them to come back more as well as reaching new audiences. I also plan to widen our selection of shoes to choose from to reach more and meet different forms of style needs. Marketing and promoting with influencers will also help to grow my business. I plan to eventually hire a staff to take things to the next level. The more the help the more the money. Investors should invest in me because within these 4 years of business I have learned well over enough to endure and achieve the goals I intend to meet. I have a written plan that I will execute, and customers who loves to shop at and support my store.

Self Identified Competition
Sole Lavish I am different because I think outside of the box, and I’m always looking for something to offer to my audience other than the product I want them to buy. Something that can help them or a useful tip. Every idea I come up with I will try whether it fails or succeed, I will take that chance. I’ve cherished every mistake I’ve ever made because it has made me the business owner that I am today and I have grown and learned so much tremendously.
