Podis Mobile Luxury Detailing | Application Preview
Podis Mobile Luxury Detailing is applying for government grants to purchase additional vans, which will help expand their operations and secure more contracts. The funding will be used to hire and train new teams, enhancing job opportunities and allowing for proper outfitting of the vans with necessary detailing equipment.
The business aims to deploy at least 25 vans within five years, making their mobile detailing service widely recognized. They plan to establish exclusive contracts with volunteer ambulance services in New York and penetrate the school bus and transport truck industries, focusing on cleaning vehicles that handle food and perishables to improve public health.
Approval of the funding will enable Podis Mobile Luxury Detailing to contribute to community well-being by maintaining the sanitization of various vehicles. This initiative will benefit children on school buses, seniors needing transportation for medical appointments, and volunteer ambulance services. The growth of their business is closely tied to their commitment to giving back to the community.
While facing competition from other car detailing businesses, Podis Mobile Luxury Detailing distinguishes itself through its community-focused business model and willingness to take on challenging jobs that other businesses neglect. This unique approach strengthens their competitive edge.

Business Plan
We wish to put at least 25 vans out in the field in the next 5 years. We wish to increase our contracts and make our mobile detailing service a household name. We wish to get an exclusive contract with every volunteer ambulance service in the NY area and gain a permanent foothold in the school bus industry. We also wish to expand our operation to include transport trucks that are used to carry food and other perishable cargo. These trucks are Petri dishes for the spread of harmful bacteria that get into the foods of our everyday consumers. Because our business will expand we are able to give back to the community. We will deal with the upkeep and sanitization of all our communities vehicles. This will improve the health of our children on the school buses, our senior citizens who need to be driven to their everyday medical appointments, our volunteer ambulance services who pick up the surplus jobs when EMS is understaffed and overworked. We are dedicated in using our skills to better our community and the communities around us. Succeeding and growing our business is just a result of our passion and ambition in doing everything we can to better the communities that each of us grew up in.

Self Identified Competition
We have a lot of competition with all other private business owners that focus on car detailing. There can be as many competitors as there are van drivers but what separates us is our business model and our target market base. Our main goal is not only growing our business but also In bettering our communities. It is also for this reason that we are willing to take the difficult and more demanding jobs that others overlook or refuse.
