Although appearing new on paper, I have been involved in real estate for over 28 years. ACD Accommodations LLC, is the new evolution from Dukes Rental LLC which, has been established for over 30 years created and operated by my parents. The business will help support living accommodations whether it is the traditional worker who supports their family, college students who attend the local college that is minutes away from the properties, to government supported candidates who need living arrangements. With the surrounding areas and town itself growing, the need to establish living accommodations will help support individuals and the community expansion. With the housing marketing spiking consistently, more people will turn to renting and therefore we want to support the people.

In the years of my education(MBA) and experience, I continue to study the market to find the next innovation with everyday living. Our goal is not to just satisfy temporary needs but to "accommodate" tenants with their needs and desires of living arrangements. We strive to keep consumers happy which, will require change just about every year. There are a plethora of ideas that are in discussion to set aside the competition which, one is to provide tenants with an a monthly rate which will satisfy not only the rent but also, their utilities as well. Having this in place, will eliminate any wishful thoughts on people hoping that their everyday living expenses stay the same. Ever since the pandemic commenced, everything we do has changed and so, will ACD Accommodations.
