Business Plan
Our first steps toward our business plan in the next 5 years consist of expanding in our laundry services. We have recently signed with Elite Pacific, a high end vacation rental and real estate company to oversee 30 plus accounts to start launder linens. We plan to take additional funding and expand our laundry services with the purchase of more commercial laundry equipment (washer, dryer, press, etc.) and more potential commercial space. Our location on the west side of Hawaii doesn’t not have a housekeeping/laundry business that can cater to residential areas. The only laundry company’s in the area just cater to the resorts. Our ultimate goal is to obtain a few properties of our own that would be property managed by Elite Pacific while still fulfilling our business contract for doing housekeeping/laundry services. As the owner and co owner's of the company our ambition alone is worth the investment. We created a company from scratch that has fit a niche that the island needs and no other company is offering. Through hard work and word of mouth over the last 3 years, we have successfully obtained an array of partnerships and have gotten our foot in all the right doors to continue the company's expansion of success.

The structure of our housekeeping and laundering linen services is what makes our company different from the others. Our high standards along with the presence of at least one owner at a jobsite adds value to the uniqueness that separates us from our competitors.
