Panero Partners, operating as Frisco Far-UV, is seeking government grants for a total funding of $50,000 to support their operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The funding will be allocated as follows: $8,000 for a cargo trailer, $15,000 for an SUV tow vehicle, $11,000 for Far-UV 222nm disinfection products for demonstration, $8,000 for advertising wrap on the mobile unit, and another $8,000 for converting the cargo trailer.
The business plan includes establishing a physical presence in Frisco, TX, targeting key decision-makers across various sectors such as hospitality, education, healthcare, and public transportation. The strategy involves inviting potential customers to experience the Far-UV 222nm disinfection technology firsthand through a mobile display unit, which will help them make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, the company plans to enhance its website and boost its social media engagement.
Frisco Far-UV argues that funding is essential to raise awareness about their patented Far-UV 222nm technology, which serves as a vital defense against airborne and surface pathogens. This technology, specifically the Far-UV 222nm Excimer Wave Sterilray, has been proven safe for human exposure and significantly effective at pathogen elimination.
The business highlights its competitive advantage over standard UVC 254nm technology, stressing that their Far-UV system is safer, more effective, and environmentally friendly. They note that their lamps are more powerful, have a longer lifespan, and are better suited for varying operational conditions. The investment is expected to yield economic benefits within 1-2 years due to improved system efficiencies.
Key features of the Far-UV technology include its high photon energy, chemical-free composition, and impressive efficacy with a reported 99.99% kill rate in a single pass. The lamps boast a three-year warranty and can operate continuously for extensive periods without performance degradation.

Business Plan
We will be creating a physical presence within Frisco TX and the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Our plan is to contact prospective customers such as hotel general managers, school district administrators, restaurant owners and managers, healthcare administrators, public transportation directors and numerous other decision makers. Appointments will be scheduled for these individuals to visit the Frisco Far-UV Mobile Display Unit. The objective will be to provide an up close and hands-on experience of Far-UV 222nm disinfection technology. This would allow them to make a more informed product purchase decision for their respective facilities and venues. We will also develop and enhance the FriscoFar-UV website and develop more of a social media presence. Patented Far-UV 222nm disinfection technology is a crucial first line of defense in preventing the spread of deadly airborne and surface pathogens. Far-UV 222nm Excimer Wave Sterilray is a special type of UVC lamp that has been scientifically tested and proven to be completely safe for human exposure. However, the technology is extremely effective at eliminating airborne and surface pathogens. Receiving a funding grant would allow our company to increase awareness of patented Far-UV 222nm Excimer Wave technology. Grant funds would assist us in implementing this life saving disinfection technology within the general public.

Self Identified Competition
The only other similar disinfection technology is standard UVC 254nm light. With respect to providing safe, highly effective air and surface disinfection without chemicals. Far-UV 222nm disinfection technology and products have the competitive edge within the market. Please understand that this is NOT standard UVC 254nm light. Far-UV 222nm is much safer and extremely more effective at instantly destroying ALL viruses and variants. We need to also emphasize that our disinfection technology does NOT involve harmful chemicals found in liquids, sprays or foggers. We offer “green” disinfection technology that is deadly to pathogens. There is a significant difference between Far-UV 222nm Excimer Wave Sterilray™ Lamps and Conventional UVC 254nm Bulbs? • Excimer Wave Sterilray™ lamps are more powerful, more effective, more durable and last longer. • Excimer Wave Sterilray ™ Lamp life is measured in years rather than months. • They are much less sensitive to air temperature and can be turned on or off without affecting lamp life. • The lamps are RF excited and do not contain glass to metal seals that can lead to fragile joints and become easy to break. • Independent testing proves that Excimer Wave Sterilray™ output is significantly better than standard UVC bulbs at all temperatures and is not subject to the vibration and mechanical stress limits that these bulbs have. • An Investment in Excimer Wave Sterilray™ pays for itself within 1-2 years as it can increase the efficiency of an air handler system by up to 15%. Important facts to also remember about Far-UV 222nm Excimer Wave Sterilray technology: • Significantly stronger photon energy than standard 254nm UVC lamps • Completely Safe for human exposure • Chemical free • Mercury and Ozone free • 99.99% single pass kill rate • 3 year warranty • 30,000 hours lamp life (prorated) • Some lamps have been running 24/7 for the past 5 years
