Lion's Disability Transport Service, Inc. | Application Preview
Lion's Disability Transport Service, Inc. is seeking government grants to fund its operational setup while creating sustainable income streams. The organization aims to collaborate with public transportation to provide essential transport services for individuals with disabilities, addressing their needs to reach work, appointments, and other activities.
Over the next five years, the plan focuses on significant advertising efforts to reach the disabled community in Laramie County, with future expansion to additional counties in Wyoming once the initial market is established. Support from local agencies, including Bridges of Wyoming and Vocational Rehabilitation, highlights the pressing need for this service.
Currently, there are no direct competitors as the service intends to complement public transportation instead of competing against it. Lion's Disability Transport Service will be the pioneer in this type of transportation model, leveraging grants to build a strong foundation for long-term success, avoiding the pitfalls that previous attempts faced.

Business Plan
We plan on setting up our organization to work in conjunction with public transportation to get the disabled to where they need to go. This would include a lot of advertising over the next 5 years in order to capture all of the people with disabilities within this market. After we have established ourselves in this market, then we would look at expanding to additional counties in Wyoming. Lion's Disability Transport Service is a much-needed program for Laramie County, Wyoming. I have some letters of support explaining the need for this service from agencies such as Bridges of Wyoming, Zenith Business Services, and the local Vocational Rehabilitation that state the necessity of this service. We are dedicated to being able to first, get the disabled to and from work, second, get the disabled to and from appointments, then third, get the disabled to and from any other activity they wish to engage in.

Self Identified Competition
As of the current time there is no competitors for this market as we will be working in conjunction with the local public transportation. We would be the first company to develop this type of transportation and work with public transportation. The other two known companies to try this type of transportation did not establish a firm foundation before offering the service. That is the main reason for the grants to help establish that foundation in order to ensure success.
