HIS IMAGE BARBER SHOP, LLC | Application Preview
HIS IMAGE BARBER SHOP, LLC is seeking government grants to address financial challenges caused by the COVID pandemic. The funding will help them get up to date on taxes and reduce their loan balance, which has grown due to skyrocketing material costs during the shop's construction.
The business plan involves increasing service prices and hiring additional barbers to meet community demand. The shop prides itself on offering top-notch services and is well-regarded in the local community. However, the high loan payments from unforeseen expenses during startup have hindered their ability to reinvest in the business.
In a competitive market, HIS IMAGE BARBER SHOP stands out by consistently resolving clients' issues from other barbers and providing a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that sets them apart from competitors. Their experience and personal approach create a strong bond with customers, underlining their commitment to quality service.

Funding Usage
To bring us up to date on our taxes and to bring down loan amount which increased due to increase in cost of materials during COVID. Our business started during the pandemic and as a result, everything ended up being way over our initial budget, which has caused us to fall behind in our first year of having our business.

Business Plan
Increasing prices of services and adding additional barbers. We are the leading Barber shop as far as the quality of services we offer. We are sought out by most of the people in our small community. And we would love to continue to offer the best service in town, but we are unable to maintain extra funds to continue to invest into our shop the way we would like. One of the reasons is because of the high loan payment we currently have due to the fact that in the middle of the process of building our shop, cost of materials skyrocketed due to the pandemic and because we had already invested a lot of time and effort into the building, we had to move forward but we ended up paying a lot more than originally planned for. So we decided to seek help.

Self Identified Competition
Diligence We are constantly getting clients that want us to fix someone else's job. Our years of experience is reflected in our work. People always comment on how personal we are as well, and they feel more comfortable coming to us along with the fact that we provide a family friendly environment, which other shops lack.
