Ivan's Performance Shop 407-280-8111 | Government Grant Application

Ivan's Performance Shop | Application Preview

Ivan's Performance Shop is seeking government grants to support its growth and improve employee training, equipment, and workspace. The funding will enable the business to expand its operations, allowing for better training opportunities for both the owner and staff, as well as the acquisition of upgraded tools and a larger facility to alleviate overcrowding.

The business plan includes hosting more community events and outreach programs, which will enhance service offerings and foster a stronger connection with the community. A larger shop space would facilitate increased training and improve the technical skills of employees, ultimately benefiting customers.

The rationale for approving funding revolves around the shop's rapid growth and potential for further expansion. Ivan's Performance Shop prides itself on exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and a commitment to community values. The staff shares similar backgrounds, promoting a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, which sets the shop apart from local competitors.

In terms of competition, the shop faces others like Auto Science, Motec, and Brandon Tomes Subaru, but its competitive edge lies in its dedication to customer service and community feedback. Ivan's commitment to his trade and reinvesting revenue into the business further reinforces the belief in the shop's growth potential and its capacity to deliver high-quality service that larger dealerships may not provide.

This funding is for expanding and opening more opportunities to my employees. Better myself with more training and training for my employees. Better the equipment and tools used daily. Bigger building for space to work rather than being on top of each other.

  • Business Plan

I plan to do more events and outreach programs to better serve my community. I had more space to expand, and have a bigger shop... we could gather more training for the employees to better not only my technics, but my employees as well. I want to start doing more to give back. We are a fast growing company, I believe that has the potential to expand even bigger than our expectation. I think that we give back to our customers and bring a certain value to the community that doesn't come very often. we charge very fair and competitive prices with zero intentions of over selling or over charging our customers. Everyone in the shop comes from similar backgrounds and know the value of great customer service. There are plenty of shops around, but we combine the publics feedback with how we perform everyday.

  • Self Identified Competition

Auto Science, Motec, Brandon Tomes Subaru What makes my business stand out is pure customer service. My heritage, background, and culture strive to please and take care of people. Me doing my job and waking up every morning is what I love to do because there's nothing more fulfilling. We value all feedback because without outside voices no-one would ever be able to actually know the magnitude or quality of the work you do. I'm more than dedicated towards my trade and believe I offer things to my customer even big dealerships do not perform. even though I'm a small business right now i still put most of my revenue back into my business because I believe in my plan.
