I will also offer more services for each client to choose from as well as increasing prices each year. We are a small family business that will be able to grow and provide jobs to people outside of our family with the money so that we can buy more work trucks and equipment. We are located in a rural area where no serious competition exists. I have three sons who all work for me and one day I want to se then takeover this business.

    Our top competitors are Elite Detail , Hops Detail and Diamond detail. They all have shops they work out of, where as our focus is going to our customers homes for their convenience, it allows a better relationship with our customers and we can charge 2/3 less then competitors and still maintain a high margin. 1) lower prices 2) mobile service, we go to our customers 3) honesty, we will not up charge customers if it is not necessary ( simple pricing set up) 4) we give each customer a air freshener with our company information so they can get ahold of us again
