Purchasing more whole sale items to list in the shop and continue with my marketing efforts with influencers as this is my most profitable marketing. My shop is showing great potential for growth I just need the startup funds to really grow it.

Business Plan
Once I have funds to purchase more inventory I plan to do a large timed influencer push. I want every woman in the western industry feeling like she's seeing the name Western Home Designs on her Instagram and TikTok every day from different influencers. Additionally I have contractor who is amazing at paid ads, I will run test ads on Facebook and Instagram to see what preforms the best and then run the best preforming ads. Buying more items whole sale and not drop-shipping will increase my profits by 20-30% allowing me to grow my product line and scale my marketing. My ultimate goal with the business is to gross 200,000 in sales by the end of 2024. This is a big goal but I believe with more funding I can marketing my products better and increase my audience therefore increasing my sales. I was raised by two entrepreneurs and I have owned a business since I was 19. I started and operated a successful photography business then started a business with my family, those businesses have since been sold and I now own Midwest Livestock Wellness LLC and Western Home Designs. Being an entrepreneur is in my blood and I love it. I make my full time income being a freelance project and operations manager in the marketing field.

While Paseo Road is more modern they really focus on bedding where as I focus on the whole home. I believe having a niche is a good thing but in the western home industry there is not a ton of shopping options so I believe I can provide good options for most areas of the home.
