B&W North America 46-0521083 | Government Grant Application

B&W North America | Application Preview

B&W North America is seeking government funding to remodel their facility to comply with the American Disabilities Act, aimed specifically at improving accessibility for their deaf employees—who make up 20% of their workforce—and enhancing communication with customers who utilize American Sign Language.

The company plans to implement a video outreach program that combines standard audio content with American Sign Language to better educate both employees and customers about their products. They have recently partnered with the National Bike Dealers Association and USA Cycling to create a platform for effective communication with over 14,000 bike case dealers, anticipating a revenue boost of $35 million from these connections.

To further their outreach, B&W North America aims to establish a virtual media center, expanding their ability to provide services and education at a lower cost. Their goal is to position themselves as a leading resource in the bike travel industry.

B&W North America highlights their profitability, controlled expenses, and diverse product range as strong reasons for funding approval. They hold exclusive certifications for lithium-ion battery transport and have crafted their products to exceed those of competitors like Pelican, SKB, and Nanuck. Their offerings, backed by a lifetime warranty and US-based customer support, are designed to meet the needs of the global biking community.
