Bettina 21483461 | Government Grant Application

Bettina | Application Preview

Bettina's business seeks government grants to purchase and renovate foreclosed homes, with the goal of making quality housing available for Section 8 tenants. The proposed plan involves flipping three to four houses every six months, focusing on providing affordable rental options, such as two-bedroom homes priced between $450 and $500 and three to four-bedroom homes between $550 and $700, all under $1,000.

The funding is intended to address homelessness by supporting families with clean records who are struggling to find stable housing, often living in cars or on the street. Bettina emphasizes that her approach is not competitive; instead, she aims to collaborate with Section 8 and HUD to enhance the community, which lacks sufficient affordable housing. She believes that better availability of quality homes will directly contribute to rebuilding the community.
