  • Business Plan

    Over the next 5 years, our plan is to focus on creating a regional market in the digital content production space. We will do this by launching new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our target customers. First, we plan to introduce a suite of content-creation services, including the development, production & scheduling of the client's own podcast brand, which will then be leveraged to build a "community" around the client's business. We will match-up small businesses who are in need of growth in lead-generation (via digital/online content) with locally-sourced skilled creators and producers of content who are in need of income. The goal of our efforts will be to help our clients build an online community around their podcast and establish their brand as 'top-of-mind' within their respective markets. We will also launch additional offerings incl. online courses to help our clients learn how to "piece-meal" out their long-form podcast episodes into shorter, more "ad-friendly" pieces of content that can be used within their digital & social media marketing strategies. These will include courses that teach them how to easily edit their videos into shorter, more manageable pieces to be used for digital ads and also on sound-design and how to record and edit their own audio pieces. This will make them more effective content creators and marketers of their own brand but with the relationship we will have developed with them, we will be able to offer them the 'high-aesthetic" content-production studio space we have built for their use. Essentially we would like to turn turn our clients into self-reliant marketing powerhouses with Podhouse, LLC as their partner. In addition to these product launches, we will also focus on building strategic partnerships with other companies in the industry. This will allow us to tap into new customer segments and cross-promote our products and services to a larger audience. Finally, we will continue to invest in our team by hiring top talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities. By building a strong and knowledgeable team, we can better serve our customers and drive long-term growth for the company. After 5-years, our long-term goal is to turn Podhouse, LLC into a content publishing platform specific to small & medium-sized businesses. This will be achievable because we will retain ownership control of the intellectual property (IP) rights to the content that we create in partnership with our clients and will be published on the Podhouse network. All Podhouse-created content that a client shares out online will link back to the client's page published via Podhouse LLC's network. Our goal is to be the 'Wondery' of small/med businesses creative content. We believe this focus will allow us to achieve significant growth over the next 5 years. Those considering investing into the Podhouse, LLC "vision" are not just making an investment into a single company but more-so making an investment into the American small to mid-sized business ecosystem. Every dollar invested will essentially be reinvested right back into the US economy, but at the ground level where it really counts. We want to help small businesses turn into mid-sized businesses, mid-sized businesses turn into large companies and, eventually , maybe we can help large companies turn into corporate behemoths.     The podcast production field is largely parceled. Mostly individuals working out of their bedroom for clients they find online. We want to create a creative hub for entrepreneurs and business owners to come to produce or collaborate on their own content. There are no companies (at least in the Coastal Virginia) area who are offering this service to the market on a broad scale. As far as podcast production, small and mid sized businesses are largely neglected. This is because the industry is still in its adolescence and ripe for development, especially where small businesses and local entrepreneurs are concerned. The goal in almost any company is to be "top-of-mind" in their respective market. Businesses who are late to the party in building a podcast around their market will fail. Those who are first will thrive. We are different b/c our focus is on others, not ourselves.
