    We will be most grateful to have this funding to keep our store front open, to pay our debt with our ice cream since we are in off season, to continue to pay our employees so they have a job , and to expand our menu to lunch bar until summer so we can generate revenue. We will also be using it to produce more product in our kitchen so we can pay our kitchen staff and keep our product going and our business opened during these extremely challenging times.

    My business will grow in the next five years with the serious support and help from this grant because it will dig us out of our hole, allow us to keep everything functioning like it is, and with this grant we will be able to produce and pay our overhead and costs to have all of our inventory in stock which will bring all of our customers and community into our store. In 2 years we want a food truck and another location that is our donuts to solely have a vegan and gluten free donut shop because that is something Chicago doesn’t have and there’s a high demand for it with all of the restrictions of allergies like dairy intolerances and the celiac community. We are also going to expand to weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings and much larger events for dessert tables. Because we are chicagos first vegan and gluten free dessert shop and ice cream shop and we are catering to our community by offering the cleanest, healthiest and still delicious forms of sweets where those with food intolerances, diseases, or have zero restrictions, can all come to our store and enjoy what they eat. Those with restrictions who have challenges at restaurants because of cross contamination can finally sit down in our store and enjoy what they consume without fear and we are looking to expand to dessert tables for weddings, corporate events, and larger celebrations to push our product and bring more awareness to our community. I am woman owned and women operated with a serious passion for my product and my customers.
