HypeHouse LLC | Application Preview
HypeHouse LLC, a health and wellness business in Montana, seeks government grants to facilitate expansion after facing challenges from the pandemic. Open for only 10 months before COVID-19 impacted operations, the owner, a local woman, has worked diligently to keep the business running and is now experiencing significant growth, prompting the need for more space and staff. The funds would support expansion efforts, equipment purchases, and marketing strategies to enhance visibility and reach.
The owner emphasizes the importance of creating a strong community rather than just a business, highlighting personalized connections with members. Competition includes larger franchises like Orange Theory Fitness and Pure Barre, but HypeHouse's competitive edge lies in its local focus and community-driven approach. The owner’s dedication and resilience through tough times reflect a deep personal investment in the business, making a strong case for funding approval.

Funding Usage
Im a local Montana women pursuing my passion in the health & wellness industry. My business was only open for 10 months before the pandemic hit and the recovery hasn't been easy. Thankful for the loans provided but now they have come due. With higher costs of living, products, interest rates--times are tough. That being said by business has seen exponential growth in the last year in which I am to a point of needing expansion to accommodate our members. Grant money would allow me to expand, hire more people and purchase more equipment. I have been asked by almost every larger city in the state to expand my business to their city and im hoping that will become a reality.

Business Plan
Marketing it key. Marketing also costs a significant amount of money. We have a well established business so with some professional help, I can only foresee more growth. With more growth we need more space and potentially more locations. Further training for staff would also help us become experts in our field. Im a local Montana woman, mom and wife that had nothing to her name and went for it. Never thinking that 10 months later, a full blown pandemic would hit. I've hustled every single day to continue to keep my dream alive. A lot of blood, sweat and tears has went into my business and it shows. I've created more than just a small business, I've created a community of people and that community is growing.

Self Identified Competition
Large Franchise Organizations are our biggest competitors. Orange Theory Fitness, Pure Barre and F45. The community and local aspect. I pride myself to take the time to get to know every single person that walk through ours doors. We care. You're not just another number. While health and fitness is the name and the game, it's the journey that people take while being a part of HypeHouse.
