    IPLAY Learning Center: IPLAY learning center is an education program that provides lessons to children ranging from 3-18 years old. The students will learn the concepts of notes, chords and scales and how to produce these sounds on their instruments. b) Live Entertainment: IPLAY will provide live entertainment on a weekly basis to bring the community together to introduce different genres and diverse sounds c) Dance and Recording Studios: The dance and recording studios will be available to any artist wanting to enhance, practice and/or record their skill. d) IPLAY ARTS Daycare and Assistant living- IPLAY will provide 30 mins to 1hour live music and learning instructions for daycare and assistant living locations.

    IPLAY will build funding support from programs, events, and grants to strive for aggressive rate of growth. It will take 2-3 years before funding from these sources become strong enough to expand the all programs. The primarily expenditures for the organization are for fundraising campaigns, managing mentors, and program activities. Therefore, it is essential that due diligence is applied to fund allocation for these critical program responsibilities. An effective communication system will be established to report fiscal data to the Board of Directors, so adjustments can be made quickly to assure the health of the programs. IPLAY was established to improve the quality of life of the Berkeley County Community residents by bridging the gap of entertainment and music literacy in a rural area which would result in more traffic into the community and produce revenue. The executive team has the expertise, experience, and commitment to make the venue a highly successful operation

    Berkeley county goes from Hanahan to North Charleston and consist of 227,900 people. There are nearly 7.3 million visitors who visit Charleston, SC a year. Tourist bring in nearly 8 billion dollars a year. Being that Berkeley County is in the area of Charleston we plan to bring in income while tourist visit the city. Charleston county is 33.4 miles away from Berkeley County. Berkeley county goes from Hanahan to North Charleston and consist of 227,900 people, within this radius there is no competitor that offers profit or nonprofit portion of our business. However, Folly Beach which is 50 miles outside of Berkeley county offers live entertainment at the Pour PAGE|9 House. Based on quality, we have some of the best musicians in the Charleston area working with the IPLAY business. Competition from companies such as Music Farm, The Pour House and Guitar Center. Even though these companies are not in Berkeley county, they are still well established in Charleston. Guitar Center is a reputable store that is known nationwide. Within our area of Charleston, SC it is known to not always have the minor accessories needed by a musician. Music Farm has been around since the 1990s it caters more to artist that are more established. They do not allow new and/or upcoming artist to perform or have concerts. IPLAY’s missions is to empower, create and provide individuals positive experiences through music. IPLAY was established to improve the quality of life of the Berkeley County Community residents by bridging the gap of entertainment and music literacy in a rural area which would result. IPLAY programs and services will target individuals that are a part of the low-income bracket of the community. These programs and services will teach young men and citizens, preferably African Americans, the fundamentals of financial health, health and wellness, social justice, and personal development. Based on the income stats, it is evident that African Americans are lacking in various areas that is causing dramatic difference in income. IPLAY strives to bridge the gap by offering programs and services that will provide resources and tools that will allow an increase in income and improve the quality of life. in more traffic into the community and produce revenue.
