Funding Usage
The funding will be used to provide new and younger employees with the skills and knowledge that is necessary in business development. This is not an education that is currently in any curriculum inside our field. They funding will be used to develop employees so that they understand business basics and economics of a business. They will have a greater understanding to carry through their work lives to enhance others that they encounter during their careers.

Business Plan
We currently have five physical locations and we often hire new graduates from our state public education programs. We plan to expand our locations so that we can offer new graduates good jobs in our area. We also need and hire support staff to help the new graduates. We are able to create more jobs and more revenue for our state and local area. We started 21 years ago with just 4 employees and now we have over 50 employees. These are good jobs for good pay for employees that can train on the job or many have little education. We focus on excellent customer service and quality products and services.

Self Identified Competition
Our top three competitors are Aspen Dental, Heartland Dental and various private dental offices. Our core values differ from these organizations by putting patient interests first and hiring local talent to fill job openings. The corporate entities value profit over quality and putting customers first. We value our customers first and foremost and we value work ethic in our employees.
