Just ENERGY Entertainment’s Sales & Marketing Plan… Since the beginning Dizzie would always say “I started Just ENERGY Entertainment, not for me, but because it was going to be something bigger than me” Just ENERGY Entertainment has provided job learning skills to over 100 people of different backgrounds all across Phoenix, Arizona. JEE looks forward to and plans on continuing to provide job education and free entertainment education to people of all ages. Just ENERGY Entertainment has the potential and strives to be the next Radio Disney. There could be JEE SQUAD teams in cities across the United States. With these business plan modules, investors and potential clients have proof of how amazing Just ENERGY Entertainment is, and how much greater it will be. Section 4: Sales and Marketing Plan 4.1 Product/Service Offerings –Just ENERGY Entertainment offers entertainment packages based on client needs/requests and the hours of operation for their specific event. JEE setup operations are clean, efficient and include high quality professional equipment. Clients can add hours of entertainment onto their package, additional services added on, and/or specialty performances for their event. JEESQUAD - The Jeesquad is a team of professional entertainers who are family friendly. Onsite teams can range from 4-12 members of JEE SQUAD that include the DJ, Emcee, Dancers, stage manager, family friendly music, games & contest. All of the JEE SQUAD members are background checked and certified as cleared through the PPD. FOAM PARTIES: JEE brings the energy with non toxic Foam Parties/UV Foam available BUBBLE SOCCER: IFL approved game can be set up for up to 5 on 5 adults BOUNCE-ABLE/RIDE-ABLES: Human hamster wheels, inflatable character ride-ables LARGE YARD GAMES: Ping Pong, Connect 4, and CornHole MOVIE NIGHTS: 20 ft movie screens, Professional sound, (2) 70 inch TVs/Monitors CORPORATE FUNDRAISERS: DJ, Host and Dancers bring the ENERGY to help raise money for non profit organizations PROFESSIONAL SPORTS OPERATIONS : In arena game ops for professional sports in-game entertainment, and half-time productions SCHOOL CURRICULUMS: Themed Festivals, Kid/Parent Dance, Pep Rallys, etc, CITY FESTIVALS PROGRAMS: National Holidays, Grand Store Openings, City Parades, etc 4.2 Pricing Strategy - The pricing strategy must be different from our local competitors as we offer more variety in service and production. Just ENERGY Entertainment has a basic structure for services, but with variations of client event needs and requests, events can vary in rates and are often fit to that specific event. Rates can be negotiated with extended or multiple contracts Our staff are paid higher wages and therefore are dedicated to their position and execution of the event while working with JEE. Our employees make per hour wages that are higher than any other competing companies, including some larger businesses. In addition they receive paid practices and complementary entertainment education. JEE 2 hour shows start at $2500.00, 3 hour shows at $3500.00 and 4 hour shows at $4,500.00. Most events average at least 3 hours. JEE has a few annual clients that are over 4 hour shows and looking to double that number alone by 2023. Add-Ons are available per event. Our shows are all inclusive in show production & operations. 4,3 Sales and Distribution - Just ENERGY Entertainment clients are all “GO TO” clients. Meaning the JEE SQUAD will bring the ENERGY to their venue or residence. Shows are produced in house and shared with the client as production starts. As part of the consultation and post contract agreements, JEE works with our clients putting together the event production. This includes back and forth conversation via text, photos, emails, virtual and in person meetings on what works best for the clients special event. JEE then produces a full time line, gaming & contest outline, and “run of show” for all of our clients. In addition to putting together the COI, waivers and contracts to clients prior to their event. Our clients are able to pay with a debit or credit card via Quickbooks invoice online. They can also pay onsite via Credit Card which charges a fee of 1.5% for usage. Clients are requested not to pay in cash, although gratuity is accepted in USD. Check-on-site is the preferred method of payment. Checks are always welcomed to be mailed directly to the JEE HeadQuarters as long as it is received prior to their event date. Just ENERGY Entertainment is a 100% guarantee quality services company. Just Energy Entertainment charges clients that request the JEE SQUAD to events outside of 75 miles from the JEE Headquarters. Clients are subject to a travel fee and/or hotel accommodations fee. 4.4 Advertising and Promotion - Just ENERGY Entertainment is partnered with GODADDY and receives global marketing on their platforms Just ENERGY Entertainment uses two particular lead generation sites, GIGSALAD.COM & BARK.COM. Both are considered pay per lead or pay per point bundle services. These nish type marketing sites help narrow down potential leads by having them submit their information for the event and then JEE can pay to reply/obtain that contact lead information. JEE uses all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, & Tik Tok), to promote our services and events. BIZIQ is a service JEE invested in to track our SEO on GOOGLE, & BING listings. JEE receives complementary marking with our partners GODADDY, The Tucson Sugar Skulls, The Arizona Rattlers, The Children’s Cancer Network, Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee who advertise our partnership and our services for their event on their website. In addition JEE obtains free marketing from paid clients when promoting their events/shows via word of mouth. JUST ENERGY ENTERTAINMENT’S BEST FORM OF MARKETING IS STILL BEING SEEN LIVE AT AN EVENT. I.W.T and/or W.O.M Traditional Marketing - Just ENERGY Entertainment and their services is a business that is better understood the more times you see them in action. Newspaper & print ads in local newspapers and magazines don’t outline everything that JEE can provide. Digital/New Marketing - The JEE SQUAD enjoy taking photos, making recordings, and editing quick videos to post them on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube right away and for scheduled posts. Our website auto updates our social media content JEE does rely on our comprehensive website to learn more about our services, features past and current social media, and track visits and clicks. Also, we rely on customer relationship to continue working with them on their annual event and/or their events throughout the year Family Entertainment is a billion dollar industry. Just ENERGY Entertainment continues to evolve & develop family appropriate entertainment for both corporate and residential events, its showing the potential to being a million dollar company soon. -Just ENERGY Entertainment generated $100k in sales in 2022 @ 47 events averaging $2,127.66. Per event. JEE’s BEP is just at 35k. Just ENERGY Entertainment provides services in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan in addition to Tucson, AZ for all home games of the Tucson Sugar Skulls. JEE brings the ENERGY to our clients' events all over Arizona. JEE has traveled to other markets for clients special events requests. JEE plans on expanding and opening a new branch in the Tucson market in the near future. Our customers and target demographic are Professionals making the executive decision within their corporate office with the budget range of 5k to hire a production/entertainment company for the events. Our target residential clients are usually whose combined annual household income averages 100k with a budget range starting at 2k for their child’s celebration.
