We have 20+ combined years of experience in the construction industry including owning a prior company which we sold. When we opened this company just 2 years ago, we started over again with only a few projects. Each year we add more and more projects to our calendar and add more staff to our team. We are actively pursuing growth via marketing, taking on new projects, and training team members and bringing on new staff. We have a proven history of quality craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity. We have successfully worked in the construction industry for many years and have successfully run a previous construction company that experienced financial growth in each year of its existence. We are also a company that desires to give back to the community specifically in bringing on laborers who may find it difficult to be hired elsewhere. We have dedicated staff to work with these team members and to help them become valuable members of our company and the community.

Self Identified Competition
Lancaster County has hundreds of general contractors and remodelers but the three closest to our location are Duff Builders, Willow Renovations, and Core Construction Enterprises (which is the company we previously owned.) We're pushing toward working with luxury clients with this new company so as we grow, our competitors will become the other high-end remodelers. Having witnessed the difficulty that extended family members and friends have had of obtaining work, dignity, and respectability after serving time in prison or being convicted of certain crimes, we decided to become a company that would not just build homes but "build people." We strive to create opportunities for these people to have a career and build a new life while working at our company.
