We will use this money to re-invest in the business which includes, but not limited to, investing in new product lines for the business. Paying off higher interest rate credit line from bank. Making continued improvements to the physical store and our show presence, such as new banners, updated tent with our brand on it and preparing our store for the new products.

Business Plan
We plan to grow our business by creating a website for our business, which we are expecting to go live with by the end of February 2023. We are constantly researching new products to bring into inventory that were previously not provided. Creating a greater social media presence to draw more customers in. We continue to research new shows/festivals to grow our presence around the Midwest, i.e., Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota. We believe in offering our customers the best price, the best customer service and an experience they won't forget. We are actively trying to build a brand that people will remember and will recommend to others, not just for the price, but for the atmosphere. We greet everyone when they come in just like we would greet a friend. We want our patrons to feel comfortable just browsing or trying on boots and not feeling pressured. One of our sayings is "dress-up is always free". During our shows, we have people come to our booth to visit, try on boots and make friends. We try to offer that same experience in our brick-and-mortar store. With the requested investment, we believe we can grow our store inventory to a true western store instead of a western boot store.

Branded Country Wear LLC in Peoria, IL. - they are a western apparel/boot store located roughly 45 miles from us. We have customers come from Peoria to purchase boots from us. Circle H Western Store located in Wapella, IL. - they have been around for a long time and have an established customer base. Pards Western Shop located in Champaign/Urbana, IL. - They have also been around for a long time and have an established customer base. They used to provide horse tac as well as western apparel. From the research we have done, we have the lowest prices compared to our competitors, providing our customers the best price. Our prices match the minimum advertised prices provided by the manufactures. We believe we; my wife Jennifer and I are the face of the business and when customers come in to shop and find out we are the owners and they are working directly with the owners, it gives them a sense of trust and puts them at ease that we know what we are talking about.
