Business Plan
We hope to increase our local footprint through key community partnerships, grow our online sales with a goal of 100x year over year, and hope to develop our own products to ship internationally by year 5. We are two moms who have put everything on the line to start the business of our dreams. We believe that every day there is something to celebrate, but there was no where in our community to buy unique celebration items (party decor and table settings, balloons, etc). We started with just our storefront, and realized quickly that our clients wanted a modern space to host and design services to make celebration as easy as possible. Over 12 months, our mission has solidified. We exist to help our community (and the broader global market) make celebrations easy and beautiful. We help our clients make all events, big and small, beautiful and memorable.

Self Identified Competition
Party City - though we are priced similarly, they have stronger name recognition. Amazon/Target/Big Box - they are able to keep pricing much lower than us due to their high level of market share/demand. We work directly with our clients and customers to provide a 1:1 experience. We listen to their needs and curate the perfect celebration on their behalf. We carry unique items in our store, and are able to order unique items for clients upon request. We make it easy and painless.
