Funding Usage
I am looking for funding for several reasons. One, to catch up on behind payroll. Two, buy more tools to hire more employees and have more than one project going at a time. Three, start advertising.

Business Plan
I would like to buy company vehicles and hire more employees. In five years I would like to have more than 2 full crews running and at least 3 different projects going at the same time. I would also like to reach a million dollars gross within five years. I took this business over from my father that took it over from his father's. We have been in buisness for 3 generations. I have a huge customer base and am very widely known. Over the past 10 years we have grown and grown. We went from making 30k in a year to grossing almost half a million now. This industry is vastly growing and I have so much work I can't keep up with it. I just need more employees and tools.

Self Identified Competition
I don't really have any big competitors. Being that we are family owned and mostly family operated we have the ability to cut cost and do things much cheaper than the "big" construction companies in my area. I close 90% of my estimates due to amazing references and referrals. Also largely because we're fair and don't rip people off. We are family owned and get to cut a lot of the large industry expenses out. Being a small family owned buisness we get to work one on one with the homeowners to really make sure they are getting what they truly want.
