Business Plan
Establish "a home" and have a base of operations that's ours to house our donations raised and to continually be able to evaluate status of operations and donations current and needed. We currently are helping children in need throughout Spokane County, Pend O'Reille County, Grant County in WA and also Kootenai County in ID. We want to reach out to more children and families in need in these counties we currently serve but also expand our reach into more counties with children in need We're putting smiles on the faces of kids in need and not taking a dime from the moneys coming in currently. Our main focus and our mission is to: Help sick, injured, homeless, orphaned, "at-risk", and other children in need throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Self Identified Competition
Toys for Tots Christmas Bureau of Spokane Tree of Sharing Most non profits like ours don't work one on one with families and or allow anyone and everyone to apply for help. We work with school counselors to get nominations on who and or which families are in need as these counselors are a great resource and keep their ear to the ground and know which kids might be in need more than others.
