Business Plan
I plan to start growing in this area. I know that my clients love who I am and I they are treated and I know I can be the best hearing healthcare specialist in this area. I also plan to open another clinic in Tennesee when I move to that area. I am very dedicated to my work and practice. With only being in this field for 3 years, I have already seen the good, bad, and ugly side of this field and I would like to make it known that hearing healthcare is very important for everyone and should be treated in a compassionate manner.

Self Identified Competition
There are many hearing aid clinics in this area. With clients that I have spoken to, I believe my 3 top competitors have a good relationship with their clients, but they do not tell them everything they really need to know. I feel like their is a lot that goes on behind the curtains in this field and you really cannot trust anyone. That is why there is so much bad talk about hearing aids and hearing healthcare specialists. I am upfront and forward with my patients. I tell them everything that they need to know about their hearing healthcare and the options they have. I do not hide anything from my patients and I believe that is why they trust me and will continue to come back for me. I take care of them just as if they were my parents or grandparents.
