Business Plan
I plan on opening three more locations from Livermore Ca to Redding Ca over the next three years. Over the past two years we have partnered with several other companies to grow the event side of the business. We have increased the number of events and size of our staff every year we have been in business and plan to create a division primarily dedicated to events outside of our brick and mortar locations. I think we would be a good investment because my partner and I are both minorities that opened our business during covid and strive to provide a great work place for our employees and give back to our communities. We hold several fundraisers for the local schools and donate to their academic and sports programs. I am disabled do to a spinal cord injury with background in construction so we keep all our buildout in house.

Self Identified Competition
We don't have competitor currently that provides a menu same as our and does event like we do. We use all fresh fruit and offer menu options that our competitors don't. None of our competitors work the outside events like we do.
