Self Identified Competition
Saks 5th Ave is a Designer retail store located at the end Capital Boulevard. They sale designer apparel and have a strong online presence. That is our only competition in Raleigh. Rolley differed from its competitors simply by offering the brands in store that the competitors do not. you do not have to drive out to Charlotte or order online at saks anymore. You can just come down top 206 Fayetteville St and get what you need. Rolley also has a strong focus on customer service. You won't be rushed in and out or handled with 4 other people during the holiday rush. We have an emphasis on 1 on1 attention between client an associate.
