We will use initial funds to secure 30% down on multifamily homes, professionally renovate, refinance for full amount and reinvest initial 30% into further units. Providing tax growth within our community to fund emergency services, economic development and hopefully Grants just like this to help grow other businesses.

Simply put, in the REI community, its called the rinse and repeat method. Purchase with 30% down for bank funded multifamily homes, professionally renovate, raise the value of the existing structure and surrounding properties as well as the community surrounding. We then refinance for the full amount, pull our initial 30% out and repeat. We are simply looking to improve community. Provide Affordable housing, while also growing community tax income. Further bettering the entire community as a whole with better tax funding of emergency services, economic development and public works.
