Funding Usage
I will use the funds to get us started in the industry. My colleague and I already have multiple clients reaching out asking for our services. We will need to be able to fund payroll for the employees we send out to work until we build enough capital. We also need to be able to fund out monthly software expenses for CRMs. We are a staffing service and a lot of employment costs will come our way. We need to be able to pay these costs until our revenuer starts to flow in.

Business Plan
We plan to have 300+ employees out working at various client sites. We will do this through networking, sales pursuits, and candidate interactions. With our combined 10+ years in the industry, we come with a lot of knowledge. We will have weekly KPIs that need to be met by recruiters and salespeople to ensure we hit our quotas. Our main goal is to place 15 new people out to work each month; this will grow our headcount by 180/year. My colleague and I grew our previous companies revenue by 1.3 million last year, and plan to exceed that for our own company this year. As branch manager in my previous role, I was able to cut costs and grow revenue. I raised our contribution percentage from a 2.1% to an 8.5% in 2019. Together, my colleague and I, have a combined tenure of 10 years in this business. We believe the candidate experience is the most important thing, above all. Happy candidates means happy clients. Happy clients means more referrals. Networking is a very important part of growing a business. We are involved in different business groups within our region, and attend multiple networking events a month. I can tell you we work hard, but everyone says that. Our dedication shows through our work and accomplishments. While many people look at millennials and don't believe in them, we are the exception to the rule. We are dedicated to the legacy we will leave behind one day to pass down to the next generation. Family comes first for us, but work is a close runner up. The satisfaction from a job well done or productive day, is the best feeling in the world. I am not going to sit here and tell you that you won't find someone that works as hard as I do because you probably can. However, I will tell you that the goal I have of building an empire is not something everyone else has. I want to change the status quo of typical staffing agencies. I want people to believe in recruitment firms again!

Exact Staff - Longevity in the area. They are able to service a lot of industries, same industries we would like to dive into. Select Staffing - Industrial competitor. They service a lot of light industrial companies that we will go after. Been in the area for a while Placement Pros - Light industrial competitor as well. Our geographical footprint is a lot of warehousing, general labor, etc work. They have low pricing as well My drive to want to change the status quo about staffing firms and take care of our candidates. I come from an extensive customer service background and believe all people deserve to be heard and given a fair shot. This doesn't mean that we will provide work to every person that walks through our door, but it does mean we will give you a shot and be honest with them if we do not place to work. We are a locally owned and operated business. We do not take direction from a corporate office or have to wait for decisions to be made. We have the luxury of calling the shots, and taking care of clients and candidates how we see fit. This doesn't mean larger costs for the company or less focus on our bottom line. This means providing customer service to staffing clients like they have never seen before.
