Funding Usage
Due to the very low amount of competition we have outgrown our current business situation. Right now we operate from within our home. Due to the fact we are the only business of our kind within probably 100 miles. We are simply getting too many customers to handle and our location. We need the space in order to accommodate all the incoming repairs , also due to the high demand nature of our company we would expect foot traffic " this is something that we can't currently capitalize on". This foot traffic would add a whole new dynamic to our business. This would generate far greater revenue and spearhead our ability to take business to the next level.

Business Plan
First we'll start with the location. Once in a location we will add more work stations for more technicians. Currently we have different departments such as water damage, micro soldering, macro soldering, and computer/consumer device repair. If we got into a location we would be able to divide these skills/ specialties into different locations therefore giving us a new level of efficiency and increase our already high success rates. With the incoming recession in the economic situation that we are in right now more and more people are looking to save their devices as opposed to replace them. It is for this reason we exist. Once people find out who we are and what we do they're not only thrilled but they tell their friends and family. People don't want to buy new stuff all the time. Right now everything is about recycling everything we have. Our company is about recycling consumer goods therefore reducing e-waste in our area , and also adjacent areas. Quite some time America has been last when it comes to electronic repair and service. We find it interesting because we are the country that founded a lot of electronic practices and spearheaded many innovations. But even with this for some reason we last when it comes to reusing the viable technology we already have available. The fact is most electronics fail for really idiotic reasons. One small circuit failure such as a bad diode, capacitor, transistor and or MOSFET can result in catastrophic failure of any device. We are told a lot of these devices are not repairable. That is simply untrue, they can be repaired and a lot of times be repaired for a lot less than it cost to replace the device. Nowadays people are looking to save more money due to the economic ecosystem. We believe that our company is and has been successful in resurrecting devices that could have ended up in landfills. We do this on a daily basis. On top of that we treat all of our customers as if they actually matter. We actually film every repair. And we follow up with the customer days after the repair to ensure that they've had enough time to use the device. We feel that our approach to dealing with consumers is actually break through. It's funny does breakthrough idea came from an old ideology that the customer is always right. Our customers greatly appreciate this level of service and it results a strong sense of loyalty and love for our company. This is the reason why we are five star rated on Google. We are located in a city of 200,000 people and there is only one other repair shop and they don't even have the know-how nor do they invest money into the equipment needed to do such sensitive repairs. On top of that their reviews are nowhere near ours. We believe this is simply because we do our best to treat our customers very well and show them we care. Not to mention we have the tools in know-how to fix things most shops can't. If you grant us the funds we can expand our already growing business to new heights helping us to be even stronger producers in society.

There are a lot of repairs that they cannot do. They can't micro solder, means they can't repair game consoles, video cards "GPU", nor any board level repair. All they do is replace screens, reload hard drives, an attempt to replace HDMI ports on game consoles. In fact we get a lot of botched work from them all. When you repair devices on the component level , You are repairing just the part that needs to be fixed. Not replacing an entire board , Just the part that is broken. Because of this a lot of our work is service. Components are very inexpensive. We directly transfer the savings to the customer. So we tend to be way more cost-effective than all the other locations. Because they cannot parts a component level, means order to repair a device they must replace sometimes the entire main board " Which is pretty much all the parts inside". The reason for this is they usually do not have the know-how nor the practice in replacing surface mounted/ micro soldered parts plain and simple. They also do not have the ability to deal with water damage electronics like our company.
