Funding Usage
We have come across an opportunity to expand our business into a storefront location. We will use the funding for the build out of the building that we are going to rent. It will also help cover the expenses of much needed equipment such as a coffee brewer, expresso machine, grinders, refrigerators, and other appliances that we may need.

Business Plan
In the next 5 years we plan on becoming a major asset to the New Haven community. For 7 years we have done a cafe as a mobile version that has been a huge success for us. We are confident that we can operate a storefront and use our large following to help grow our business. By offering high quality products at an affordable price, we are confident that people will continue to love what we do. Coffee is something that both my business partner and I are passionate about. We spend a great deal of time making sure that the quality of our product is substantially better than other cafes at an affordable price. We want to have a physical location for people to visit and enjoy great coffee. Our goal is to make a cafe that will appeal to everyone and bring our community closer together. We have established a huge following among Yale students and residents of the city. New Haven is a great city, and we would love to improve it even further.

Self Identified Competition
Dunkin and Starbucks are our biggest competitors. We put a lot of care into sourcing the ingredients of our products. We only use fair trade locally roasted coffee as well as other local ingredients to make delicious coffee.
