DGE Distribution LLC | Application Preview
DGE Distribution LLC is seeking government funding to expand its wholesale network from the West Coast to the East Coast. The owner, who inherited the business from their father, has successfully transitioned from a traditional delivery model to a modern online platform, supporting about 100 retail locations across Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and California. The funding will help alleviate inventory shortages and facilitate further growth.
In its first year, the company generated approximately $130,000 in revenue, showcasing significant progress and adaptability. The owner, who is passionate about the business at just 20 years old, is eager to continue this trajectory.
The company faces competition primarily from artisanal competitors at local markets and larger e-commerce firms, such as Haosum and Boxcasa. However, DGE Distribution LLC differentiates itself through superior product quality, competitive pricing, and strong supplier relationships, particularly with artisans in Mexico. The business emphasizes its family-owned nature and has expanded its monthly revenue by 320% within six months on Amazon, indicating a solid growth potential.

Funding Usage
I will use this funding to expand my wholesale network eastward. Since starting on Amazon I have stretched my resources. I need this funding in order to create exponential growth in both avenues of the business. I will use this funding to unblock my bottleneck and buy more inventory.

Business Plan
I currently am entirely based on the west coast. I inherited this business from my father who was previously driving around city to city, state to state, and hand delivering client's orders. He made great connections here on the west coast. I currently have a network of roughly 100 brick and mortar shops in Oregon Washington Arizona and California that purchase from me. I have since made a website for my clients and shifted to shipping the glass everywhere it needs to be. My plan is to expand eastward across the United States making new connections and making sure everyone's windows can be decorated with my family's glass. Investors should invest in me because in my first calendar year my business did roughly $130,000.00. I took the business from being in a motor home on it's last leg and converted it to be modern, digitalized, and prepared for the future. I currently am 20 years old and love my business from head to toe. I can not wait to grow and see where this takes me.

Self Identified Competition
As far as competitors, on the wholesale side of things my main competitors are Artists who handcraft stained glass and sell it at the farmers market. I dominate the wholesale space because my products are such high quality at such an affordable price, there isn't anyone who can beat me. My products are special because I have built great relationships with the artists who handmake them for me in Mexico. On the E-commerce/Amazon side of things it gets a bit more competitive but I still have an edge. My main competitors on there are Haosum and Boxcasa. The reason I still have an edge against these two big companies is because they are based in China and use low quality glass and lead solder. My product is made with high quality glass and aluminum solder. I am better than the competition because I have better quality products for a better price. We are a Family owned and operated business and have more than 1 stream of income. I started on Amazon roughly 6 months ago. I have since grown the monthly revenue roughly 320%.
