Coked Out Diesel Performance | Application Preview

Coked Out Diesel Performance is seeking government grant funding, with plans to allocate 50% towards inventory, marketing, and new powder coating equipment. The remaining funds will be directed to paying off a loan early and handling overhead expenses.

In their business plan, they aim to expand nationally over the next five years, projecting profits between $180,000 and $225,000 or more in that timeframe.

The owner emphasizes a strong work ethic, dedicating long hours to both the business and family. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a total and permanent disability from the VA, he brings resilience and determination to his entrepreneurial pursuits. The goal is to build a legacy for his family and create a business that they can all be proud of.

In terms of competition, the business currently faces limited rivalry in its area, primarily from a few larger manufacturers. The owner positions himself as a direct wholesale dealer for these parts, suggesting a unique competitive advantage.

  • Business Plan

In the next 5 years we plan being nation wide with our Build management team and our products. We are projecting in the next 5 years to be generating anywhere from $180,000-$225,000 or more in profit. I am going to be 100% honest. I strive day in and day out to be the best and set examples for my peers. I work 60hr-770hr weeks and I still go home cook dinner for my family and still spend time with them. While I still work on my personal business. I don’t take no for an answer. If there is a will there is a way. I am a USMC Vet and I am 100% P&T disabled from the VA. I am very strong with smart decision making and numbers. I have finally decided it’s time in my to pursue my dreams and make it part of my family. To where we all get to spend time together and work around some of the fastest and biggest cars and trucks.

  • Self Identified Competition

Not many competitors in our area. A couple big companies that manufactures the parts. But I am a direct wholesale dealer for them. I am very unique. My wife says if a fence would talk back to me I would talk to it. I am a very down to earth human being. I can relate to a lot of people. I have been through a lot in life. That’s why I am persuasive. I can sell just about anything. But there is more to it. I want more. I want to look back 5-10 years from now knowing that I gave my kids a life I wished I had. I want my kids to see that Daddy was there but Daddy made it happen.
