Funding Usage
NOE & ROE has grown in a very short amount of time, to the point where expanding is the next logical step. We aim to make NOE + ROE a gender inclusive brand and expand our services and offerings to men. The goal is to find a bigger location with a larger foot traffic and add a curated selection of menswear. This will also mean that re-branding efforts would be needed. The money from this loan will 100% go towards accomplishing this goal – find a prime location in north Pinellas, make any building improvements to be ADA compliant, increase our inventory selection to menswear, acquire additional equipment, purchase new marketing materials.

Business Plan
We expect sales to start off conservatively and increase extensively throughout the year, especially during local events and holiday season(s). Our current sales projection for our first year owning a brick and mortar is of $105,000. With the plans of expansion, adding a new demographic to our nich, and a new location with a walk score of 85, we are projecting sales will flourish exponentially with conservative projections of $260,000 in year 1, $340,000 in year 2, $440,000 in year 3, $575,000 in year 4, and $750,000 in year 5 with a profit margin of 15%. Noe & Roe has planned for a rate of growth at 15% for the first year as we build name recognition and status in the community. In the second, third, fourth and fifth years, we look to see an increase of revenue of 25% - 30% as we gain a larger percentage of the market share and increase our customer base beyond the southwest part of the city. Our founder will draw only a minimal salary, starting in month 6, so we can reinvest our profits into growing the business. Lease, inventory and additional staff is and will be our biggest expense, followed by smaller allotments for marketing, maintenance, and travel. If we decide to pursue events and expand our e-commerce to a national level in year 3, our earning potential should increase significantly. For now, though, we are focused on making our local boutique a great success. Our founder, Ariana I. Agostini, is a successful and battle-tested serial businesswoman. After getting her MBA from the University of Phoenix and working for ten plus years as a marketer, she decided to roll up her sleeves and starter her own business, Noe & Roe. She has come up with a fresh concept, unmatched service, and an ambitious but achievable plan to build it into a thriving business. Noe & Roe is different because it provides services that others don’t, such as style assessments while in-store, personal shopping, and special ordering to customers during store hours and by personal appointments. The owner, Ariana I. Agostini will be available to customers on a daily basis. Noe & Roe's innovative in-store style assessments and emphasis on helping women develop their personal styles will enhance our reputation as a truly unique boutique.

We have a unique offering since no other stores in our area serve our target market and offer the variety of items we do, but there are plenty of other clothing providers nearby. These include three local shops, Tipsy Mermaid, The Everly Shop, and Del Mar Boutique both carrying a variety of clothing and accessories targeted towards an older audience (45-55), and big chain locations like Macy's, Dillard's, and Target, which serves a variety of audiences. We differentiate ourselves by offering local Hispanic ownership, curated well-styled fashion wear, an assortment of sizes to fit all figure frames, top-notch personalized customer service in an atmosphere of true Floridian hospitality, and a keen focus on local business partnerships. We carry curated well-styled clothing, accessories, and lifestyle items. What started as a dream way back in the day to have my own little boutique and be my own boss – take control of my time – has quickly become an obsession to make shopping a personal experience for every person that walks through our doors. We (I) aim to create much more than a lifestyle brand - I want every person that walks through our doors to feel a one-of-a-kind retail experience. I want them to feel unique, special, and most importantly cared for. What makes NOE & ROE different is that we truly make a point to get to know and care for our customers.
