Funding Usage
I will be using the money to relocate my business from Gastonia to Charlotte where all of my clients are. This move will help save time and money and help my business be more efficient and profitable. I will also use the money to buy supplies for the business.

Business Plan
In the next five years I would like to have a separate facility to house the dogs in when boarding and I would like to have a bus that would provide transportation for more than one dog at a time when they need to be picked up and dropped off. I am a single mother of two who had a dream of becoming a veterinarian. That dream slowly faded as children came and life went on. However, I realized dog walking and boarding is a very sought-after service. People love their dogs just like they love their family and I provide a loving, home like environment for the dogs to stay in while their parents are away. Now my dream is far more than just having a dog walking and boarding company. I want to eventually expand and have a separate boarding facility away from my home and I would like to purchase a bus for the dogs to help with the transportation to and from their homes to my home. Along with dog walks I would like to eventually offer my clients doggy field trips instead of just a walk. This would give the dogs socialization and freedom from being in the house all day. I want people to choose me for their dogs to be with because I’m the closest thing they’re gonna get to a home away from home and because they know that their doggies are happy and in great hands.

Self Identified Competition
Rover Wag Skipper I am one person versus multiple people walking the dogs. Consistency is good for the dogs helps them have less Anxiety when they are away from their parents. I offer a very flexible schedule for my clients and let them dictate when I walk their dogs. Boarding with me is basically like your dog is my dog while it’s with me. I treat all the dogs as if they were my own I don’t charge extra for love and attention. I also don’t charge extra for administering medicines and supplements. Their parents rules follow of course but for the most part the dogs are on vacation while they’re with me. The dogs are allowed to sleep wherever they would like, I do not crate unless requested by the parent. I do my best to make sure the dogs are happy and comfortable while they’re away from their parents.
