Business PlanI am gaining a lot of new clients and contracts. I am going to be responsible for a 150 unit condo complex this year and will be aiming To get more complexes in the next 5 years. I am a very hard worker with a 3 year old daughter to take care of, I spend all the days I can with her without daycare and then work on all the days I don’t have her (half the time). I know one day she will be in school and can work everyday again soon but for now I just plan on working around the clock to make the most of my time without her. This grant will help out a lot with expenses that owning a construction business comes with.

Self Identified CompetitionI don’t really have a true competition, I guess it would be all the other solo construction workers that also started their own business. I’m a very honest and upfront guy. All my clients love working with me and are so happy once the job is done with how clear and transparent I am through the whole process.
